Hacking Medicine
Khalil also served as Co-Director of MIT Hacking Medicine (2016-2017), a student group dedicated to enhancing the creation of novel solutions to pressing healthcare problems across the world. MIT Hacking Medicine events have created 30+ companies, and raised $100M+ in seed funding. Khalil has been instrumental in establishing long-term Hacking Medicine partnerships to seed innovation in various organizations such as the National Health Service in the UK. In this capacity, Khalil has lectured and instructed on the design thinking process around the world including the UK, Ireland, Singapore, UAE, and the UN.
