Khalil regularly speaks at conferences, scientific symposia, and innovation programs such as bootcamps, hackathons, and incubators. He has given over 30 presentations on themes including innovation, entrepreneurship, healthcare transformation, neuroengineering, and translational medicine. Khalil is a TED junior fellow.

Khalil designs and teaches custom courses on Neuroengineering (flyer shown), Entrepreneurship, and Healthcare Innovation. These courses can be adapted depending on the audience and context. Length and scope can be customized to be appropriate for both lay and expert audiences.
Khalil is a guest instructor for the Innovations in Global Health Systems course at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
